72y/o female sufferred from papular skin rashes over upper back & periaxilla region for about 3+ weeks. Ever clobetasol oint topical apply without apparent change. Scabi cream also was given for about 2weeks but also seemed no improved.

-- 許明隆 醫師【 回覆 】-- Although there is no typical burrow lesions in your picture, the lesion morphology and appearance still suggest scabies. It would be more likely that if the patient is bedridden. You've asked many questions about different old patients, I guess you are working in a nursery. Scabies seem to occur in your patients off and on. I would suggest a preventive measure for scabies be done in your workplace.
